I know last year, of 2014 was one of the worst years, this year has been much better.
I have been wanting to improve myself much more, seeing many friends get so much better here on DA. Nonetheless I've been doing what I can.
I don't know how many of you know this, but I have only been using that finger-touching pad that is on your laptop so far which makes drawing lines very hard to do.
So next week or two I'm saving up for a drawing tablet. I've heard the SurfacePro3 is good, as well as some other wacom tablets.
ANYways, this is just a journal entry for all of you who are also trying to improve. u^u
I've been also trying to improve at my backgrounds and refs for my creatures and all... so if any of you have suggestions or ideas please share!
I know I have a handful of promised art, which will be done~ No worries!
I was wondering if I should start doing some requests, like headshots, fullbody with little background and full body/background requests?
And if so, what would be a fair point price...? Just a thought is all.

It seems it's one thing after another lately.
My baby and best buddy Bow; :thumb289921198: has taken a sudden turn for the worst this last week. It looks like Cancer, which has caused diabetes- but he won't eat and just within two days lost over 40-50lbs and things are continuing to look down. He's in the hospital overnight right now, but it looks like he'll likely be put down on Monday.
It's been real hard on me, because we were so close. I'm glad I appreciated every moment with him while he was alive, and for that I'm grateful. I hope all of you who have loved ones or pets/family also appreciate the time you have with them.

Yeah, I know you hear this from me 'too' often.
Health is back in a deep steep downfall. I got in a bad flair-up and it's only getting worse. Been in and out of hospitals lately, and the doc's think my ear related problems are Lupus involved. They're assuming it's either attacking my brain or something called the Eustachian tube. [thanks spell check, lol].
I'm back on certain meds to fight off my antibodies, so it's basically a waiting game until then. The cold season isn't helping. u^u;
I know I have promised art and commissions that need to be done, I'd like to apologize for the unexpected wait, It might be a little while longer- but

I don't know your preferences with drawing tablets, but if you want a big one that doesn't cost a fortune I recommend the 12 inch VisTablet. I have one that has lasted me a long time 
I've seen the price range from 80$ to 200$ and it works really well (in my opinion, anyways xD)
But I wish you luck in your search for a tablet that suits you!
